Sauce Selections (Lethal Ingestion)

·        Signature BBQ-the original  Hog Heaven BBQ sauce: the perfect blend of 15 ingredients to create a balanced, medium heat red sauce.

·        Carolina Red-an award winning vinegar based Eastern blend that compliments pork, chicken or ribs.  Mild to medium heat.

·        Roasted Red-smoky roasted red pepper sauce; blended for those who appreciate a full flavor w/less heat.

·        Arkansas Style [AH~7]-a sweet, mustard base, blended w/hobenero to satisfy  you  dare devils.  Medium to high heat.

·        Hobernero/Onion/Garlic [HR~10]-hobenero, onion, & garlic blended w/our "Signature"  base that produces a thick, well balanced sauce for those that like it HOT!!! : try a little to see if it's right for you.  High heat. HOT!!! : try a little to see if it's right for you.  High heat.
