One of our most frequently asked questions is “How do I figure how much barbecue I need for my group meal?”.  Folks wanting to feed the entire office, their large family gathering, reunions, a client group, church group, athletic teams, graduation parties, baby showers and any other type of group of eight people or more ask this question.  

People Portions

Remember it is helpful to think about how many servings are needed. Don't just think about how many people are going to be at your meal.  Our food is soooo tasty, that a lot of people go through the line more than once (for example, if you’re planning on 100 guests and 25 of them are hearty eaters, figure on 125 people portions).  This must be taken into consideration. How many hearty eating appetites will be at your gathering versus regular eating appetites? It is better to have too much food than not enough. Plus our customers have never complained about having some left for later in the week or the next day!  

 

Catering Quote requests, final attendance count, changes to the menu or special requests by the customer must be received Hog Heaven BBQ & Catering at least ten (10) working days prior to the event.  thanks...
